My Goals:
I want to lose 50 pounds by my 51st birthday! Update, 6/19/12: My birthday isn't for another 3 months and I have already lost 50 pounds. Onward and upward! (Or onward and downward.) Update, 7/22/12: Lost 60 pounds as of today!
My Program:
I'm walking 60 minutes a day and trying to eat a diet full of fruits and vegetables and lean protein.
Personal Information:
I live in the southeast corner of Idaho with my husband and my animals. We have a place in the mountains and I'd like to have the energy to hike there, not just sit in a lawn chair.
