My Goals:
My main goal is to stay healthy in a family with a strong history of diabetes and heart disease. I want to get back to consistency with exercise and healthy eating, and to make strength training a weekly habit.
My Program:
Tracking my food and exercise, trying to be as active as possible, doing different things to keep me motivated, including challenges and Spark Teams.
Personal Information:
I'm a Christian. I love the Lord! I'm a member of a small, Fundamental Independent Baptist Church in NE Ohio.
I was an Air Force wife for 20 years... loved traveling, but now enjoy being a homebody and just taking short trips now and then.
I've lived in the Philippines, Germany, Cal., N. Hampshire, & Miss., and have now come full-circle back to Ohio where I grew up.
