I'm glad to be here on SparkPeople. I'm hoping to get some of this weight off and need some encouragement. It looks like the folks here on SP are there for others. So I'm sure that I'll find the encouragement I'm looking for.
Really need to exercise more, but it's not one of my favorite things. I know it will help with the weight loss so it's something I know I need to work on.

We have 2 grown children.
We also have 2 small dogs, Clare and Lizzie , who keep us busy. Ever since the pet food recall, Tom has been cooking their food--which they love!
