Reaized that turning to food is not the best way to deal with emotions. I took this idea from another sparkmember and modified it for me. I hope it is helpful to anyone who reads it:
Resources to choose: a. pray with thanksgiving b. walk Buddy c. play with the Kinect d. go to the gym b. call a friend c. play music c. time outdoors d. relaxation e. play, just play and be goofy f. organize something for 10 minutes g. do something for someone else h. breathe g. read a movitation blog h. use someone else’s great idea (like this list of resources).
we both retired and moved closer k it is thto my family...it's an adjustment but I think it is God's plan for me...we sold our home in less than 2 weeks and everything fell in to place, we are now looking to buy a home in this area..... do your best everyday, think of the positive ...you can and will do this...
