Make it work
After being overweight for the last few years, I finally have the push to do it. Everyone has kind of accepted that I was gaining weight, just as I accepted it. No one had the courage to call it out that it was affecting my appearance until recently. My health has suffered since I began gaining weight, my self esteem has suffered, and my love life has suffered. So, here I am changing what I've always known and that's being a food addict. It's no longer a joke.

My Goals:
Lose 100 lbs in by 3/1/11. Maintain going to the gym 4+ times per week. To fit into clothing from 4 years ago that I've nearly thrown away.
My Program:
Eating less than 1,600 calories per day. Burning 783 calories+ per day. I'm constantly trying to fit in as much walking time on the treadmill or around the neighborhood as possible. I've joined my first gym!
