Keeping Moving with No More Excuses
I've decided that the time has come to make a lifestyle change. It started with making lunches and dinners fresh. Now it's protein shakes and exercise 6 or 7 days a week. So I'm here, trying to lose that weight that started with the freshman 15, went on the senior finals 10, first year of working 10, job change 15, bad situation job 20, water weight, and every other excuse in the book. No more excuses.
