Let It Be
I am not on a diet, I am changing my lifestyle. This will not only benefit myself long term but my children's lives as well. Since starting this journey I have became addicted to running and yoga. These workouts lift my spirit sky high! I plan on doing one race a year and bumping up the distance. As well as trying to become a certified Yoga instructor. I have my slip ups every once in awhile. But I am still determined to keep going strong!

My Program:
Running 3 days a week Strength training 2 times a week full body 60+ minutes And a little yoga every day! Plus 90 minutes on Sunday.
