I still work and want to continue to work especially after seeing what effect it's had on hubby. I'm ready to put a camera on his easy chair to see if he ever leaves it. LOL! I know he does...I see him go to bed at night at least.

Ever since my knees went out on me walking is PAIN... which is a shame because I really do like walking around the neighborhood. It's amazing to see how fast weight piles on when you suddenly can't walk. I'm hopeful though and I will just do 'baby steps' if need be.

I really hope that everyone here learns to enjoy their journey. C U on Spark!
