I'd like to drop 10% and keep it off even though I know I have more to lose. I'm seriously thinking about trying a mini-triathalon this summer.
I meet weekly with a health coach and weigh in. I meet periodically with a personal trainer. I hit the gym 5 times a week alternating circuit training with weights and cardio either on the treadmill or recumbent bike.
Happily married father of 5 (ages 7-18).
Just because you get a speeding ticket doesn't mean you should go around breaking laws the rest of the day. Same holds true for eating.
