No Problem, We Will Do This

My goal is to be healthy, flexible, medication free and enjoy life to it's fullest every day. I have been blessed with a very supportive husband. He rides his bike in the morning, while I walk. Also, a great friend who started exercising with me in the evening. I am excited about working for a body that will allow me to do anything I desire. I am fortunate to only have 102 pounds to lose and one medication to get off of.

Thanks for the comment on my blog. Yep, 31,000 fitness minutes is a lot, but has been building up over the years! I try to get in 2 hours day, which includes some of my working time as well as steps taken when doing the normal stuff around the house and shopping. I also try and get off my but once an hour when I am working at my desk and it does add up. emoticon emoticon
