Hi Everyone! Ok - so a new healthy me is in the making...I am not sure if it was one thing or several, but after my last pregnancy I had a very hard time losing the pounds. Hi Everyone! Ok - so a new healthy me is in the making...I am not sure if it was one thing or several, but after my last pregnancy I had a very hard time losing the pounds. The only notable difference with this pregnancy was that I had high blood pressure. I had never had high blood pressure before, but I had never been obese either. So here I was with my beautiful little boy and my older daughter - so why so blue? Well, I had an extra 25 lbs on post pregnancy (I am only 5' 3'' so this was a large amount for my frame) and I was exhausted. Grabbing a snack here and there and continuing to gain. The blood pressure issue remained even after I delivered. So here we are 2 years down the road and I am still overweight with high blood pressure. So for some reason I was just plugging along like this UNTIL I went to a dress fitting for a wedding that I am in...I went from a 10 before my son to an 18!!! I couldnt believe it...I guess that is what happens when you wear sweats all day because you are running around with kids. So I am trying to make this a positive thing and take something away from this...so here I am ready to change.

Thank you for the support on my page. Being any type of inspiration for anyone is very motivating! It doesn’t matter who you are, where you are starting from, how many times you have failed or given up, you CAN do this. It isn’t easy, it doesn’t get easier, your mind gets tougher and your body gets stronger.
