Just saw your comment on my status today! I mean like what's the deal anyway?????? LOL That is so awesome that you ran a marathon, the health benefits have got to be great...but c'mon what does one HAVE to DO to make the scale go downwards. I mean if a marathon doesn't do it what will! I think it's the age and the body readjusts. Just like you I did this once (lose almost 20 lbs) but seems like I'm doing all the same things as before and then some and plooooooey, that scale is stuck! Welllll keep on keeping on. What other choice do we have? Congrats on finishing that marathon! Amazing!
