I am relaxing my Spark posting until my room is organized.

To all the readers of this page:
The LORD bless you and keep you!
The LORD let his face shine (smile) upon you, and be gracious to you!
The LORD look upon you kindly and give you peace (prosperity, happiness)!
- Numbers 6:24-26

What will you regret if you don’t take care of your health and weight today?

It is what you learn along the way so that you are constantly improving and growing.
Learning is the beginning of wealth.
Learning is the beginning of health.
Learning is the beginning of spirituality.
Searching and learning is where the miracle process all begins.

First read books.
Second is to learn from successful people by observation.
Third is to constantly reflect on your own experiences and learn what went right and what went wrong.

To rely on our talents is a cause of great loss. When someone places confidence in his own prudence, knowledge, and intelligence, God, To make him know and see his insufficiency, withdraws from him His help and leaves him to work by himself. This is often why our undertakings miserably fail.
-- St. Vincent de Paul

Father, yours is the harvest and yours is the vineyard: you assign the task and pay a wage that is just. Help us to meet this day’s responsibilities, and let nothing separate us from your love.

Reactions to the notion of change range from uncertainty and doubt, to blinding fear. But change is essential, as it is the only way for growth and improvement to occur. As Albert Einstein observed, “The significant problems we face cannot be solved by the same level of thinking that created them.” Although not all change is improvement, without change there can simply be no improvement. It is only by going outside your comfort zone that you can achieve significant breakthroughs in your life. Create an action plan for the opportunities in your life. Be patient. The process of change happens slowly and subtly over time. This sometimes presents a challenge for those of us who are used to instant results. Recognize, though, that change consists of a series of small steps, each of which moves you closer to your desired outcome.

My Program:
I eat whole food.

I do my knee exercises.

Personal Information:
I live in Maryland. I was born in Texas.

My most debilitating challenge is orderliness.

My strongest characteristic
is patience.

Other Information:
Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a queen, and dinner like a pauper.

The more muscles you use, the more calories you burn and the better you feel

From your first cup of coffee to the end of the day, relish each experience with the freshness and energy of a child.

Attend each day to the work of that day.

Everything is critical, "all the small stuff".

You build not for the day but for the future.

"Commit yourself to constant self-improvement!"

Friends are a very rare jewel, indeed. They make you smile and encourage you to succeed. They lend an ear, they share a word of praise, and they always want to open their hearts to us.

The time you invest in your goal will compound your rewards.
