Hey Sweetie, if you have a pedometer, put it on! 5000 steps a day is the equivalent of 2.5 miles! I refuse to go to bed at night without that 5K showing up on my Spark Activity Tracker! Plus, I lost 2.5 inches in 1 month in my hips! And 8 lbs. in that same month! So, I love tracking my steps!
