Here I go again....
I have been on SP since november 2010 BUT only became active in the middle of May 2011. I want to lose 26kg, but am also open to discovering I am happy with losing less. But my biggest goal, is to permanently change how I eat and move aka exercise, so that I can be a fit and healthy mom and wife.

My Goals:
I want to be that girl who watches what she eats, is fit and full of energy. And then of course, being thin wouldn't be too shabby either!
My Program:
I am sticking to the calories/carbs/proteins/fats "restrictions" as set out by sparkpeople however my only "must" is that I track every day. If I have a day, and they come a few times a month, where I have to eat double the recommended calories, I do, but I log them on SP. I figure that is how naturally thin people do it :)
Personal Information:
I am 37 years old, live in Sydney, Australia. I am happily married with 3 boys, ages 10, 8 and 6. I am currently a stay-at-home mom (after working for 16 years) and am LOVING it.
Other Information:
I love doing creative crafts - I love knitting, embroidery, beading, scrapbooking, mosaic. I love chatting, red wine and chocolate - if I can have all 3 at the same time, I am a happy girl!
