That Little Blue Dress
I have been fit and unfit in my life. A few years ago I got into very good shape - although still with quite a bit of weight to lose and then put it back on after an injury. At my max, about a year ago, I think I was a bit over 200 lbs, but I was so afraid of that number that I refused to get on a scale until 2 weeks into my diet. At that point I was 198. Today I am 179 but have majorly plateaued. My ultimate goal is to get into the blue dress that I wore to my cousin's ...

Today I am 179 but have majorly plateaued. My ultimate goal is to get into the blue dress that I wore to my cousin's wedding in the early 90s. It is still hanging in my closet, waiting to be worn. I love that dress and it is perfect for me - or at least for the me I want to be.

My Goals:
To improve my cardio-vascular condition! To loss 22 more lbs! To fit into that little blue dress!
My Program:
I work out 5-6 days per week. Bootcamp with a group of friends 2 days. 45 minutes on the treadmill and 60 minutes with a personal trainer 1 day. Spin Class 1 day. Run 60 minutes 1 day. In addition I walk 3-4 miles with my husband a few times a week. Just recently I started dieting more strigently.
