That Little Blue Dress

I have been fit and unfit in my life. A few years ago I got into very good shape - although still with quite a bit of weight to lose and then put it back on after an injury. At my max, about a year ago, I think I was a bit over 200 lbs, but I was so afraid of that number that I refused to get on a scale until 2 weeks into my diet. At that point I was 198. Today I am 179 but have majorly plateaued.

My ultimate goal is to get into the blue dress that I wore to my cousin's ...

My ultimate goal is to get into the blue dress that I wore to my cousin's wedding in the early 90s. It is still hanging in my closet, waiting to be worn. I love that dress and it is perfect for me - or at least for the me I want to be.

My Goals:
To improve my cardio-vascular condition!
To loss 22 more lbs!
To fit into that little blue dress!

My Program:
I work out 5-6 days per week.

Bootcamp with a group of friends 2 days.
45 minutes on the treadmill and 60 minutes with a personal trainer 1 day.
Spin Class 1 day.
Run 60 minutes 1 day.

In addition I walk 3-4 miles with my husband a few times a week.

Just recently I started dieting more strigently.

thank you for the suggestion! i took your advice and i chucked it in the trash! i wish i could go out for some fresh air, but here in Michigan its 10pm and very cold out! Plus my girls are asleep, =/ but I resisted temptation! BONUS for me! =)

Thank you for reading my blog and taking the time to comment on it.
Congratulations for finding the right balance for your kids. It's good for kids to have treats and know that it's just that.
What really frustrates me are the parents wanting to control the company's advertising instead of doing their job as a parent. I can't wrap my head around it.
