    Yes, I AM doing the Fab Ab February Challenge! It's easy to start off, but it gets hard fast. I feel that it won't be breaking new territory though until about the 20 pushup range. Holding a plank for two minutes I can't even think about! And doing proper sit-ups makes a difference; after about 30 of those I feel like I can't do anymore, when you go slowly and feel every muscle. Focusing on form will be a big challenge for me. Doing a lot of sloppy sit-ups isn't hard; doing them with proper form is. How's it going for you?
