Hi, I'm Lydia. I'm trying to lose weight for my health and for my job. I'm in the military and I work full time for them. I have to meet certain weight/body fat standards to keep my job. It ain't easy! It's a constant struggle because I REALLY like food :) My all time high was 180 which is really not good on a 5'2" frame.....My happy weight seems to be about 150, although I need to weigh 140 or under so I don't have to get taped for body fat at work. The holidays were ugly and I'm now pushing 160 :( I'm pretty self-motivated, but I'm going to try and get more involved here on Spark to see if that helps push me along AND I would like to help nudge others towards their goals!

My Program:
Currently incorporating plenty of variety in my workouts to keep myself motivated. Exercise is not really my issue, food on the other hand....
