I used to say that I wasn't that way BUT I AM.

It took a lot to get myself to sign up for a TEN minute challenge because it just seemed so pointless but it's not. I walk about 20 minutes a day anyway but to do one of the 10 minute videos (-ish, some may be 12" others are 6" - whatever, I'm pressing PLAY) a day keeps my head in the game.

I'm way more apt to do another walk or even something else!

I started in December and that really helped because I started like a week and a half into D, which meant I ended mid-Jan and that was a good time to kick it up higher. Had I not gotten so sick for so long, I'd have probably gone further with p90x3. I've done rounds of the original but I'm not up to that.

I LOVE the 3 programme because it's short but still intense. It's not like Insanity but it really works for me. Of course I still think CE is the greatest but I have to switch things up. I can't be loyal to one thing. It's just me.
