My Goals:
I want to lose about 30 pounds. Mostly, I want to lose the baby weight plus the ten pounds I was already over before the babies.

My Program:
I am going to try to do one type of exercise daily and become more physical with my children. I am going to eat healthier and less and make myself a priority.

Personal Information:
I am tired of saying "I wish I had half of their energy." I want to have twice their energy. I have a two and four year old and I teach 5th grade, so that is A LOT of energy!
