It is the ONE. I like it. Not perfect, but I am content. You do know that those steps can be cumulative over the entire day...casual walking counts. You don't have to push so hard every day. Whatever you do, just keep doing something..keep moving. Make good choices. That's why we are all here on SP...to be encouraged to do those things.
Thanks Asta for the info. I did research and most of the wrist activity trackers only pick up steps while on the wrist. Mine keeps track of my heart rate so the only way to do that is while it is on the wrist. I like the heart rate feature because when I exercise at high intensity I need to make sure my heart rate doesn't go beyond 160. I have a tendency to go into the 170's and that is to high for me. I am not wearing it today because I am having a rest day. I am the type of person who gets obsessed with things and if I put it on today I will have to get my 10,000 steps and my body is saying no!
The Fitbit One is able to be put in the pocket, so I may get me one of those too! I will use that when I am not working out at a high intensity. It is definitely taking me some getting use to wearing something on my wrist.
I usually wake up at 4 and lay in bed until 5 to try and get back to sleep. It frustrates me more to lay there so I just get up. I get to bed at about 9:30 so apparently that is enough sleep for me. I think my body is used to getting up at 5 am for Wyatte. I have been doing well and have a lot of energy. I have cleaned my whole house already this morning and got some laundry done. If I need a nap I take one.
Thanks for your concern. You have a great week! 7 days ago
