Weight issues have been part of my life since I was little. It was hard to be a curvy teen when Twiggy was the model of the day! I always seem to find my favorite clothing stops one size below whatever I am able to wear.

SO...I am working on myself...my bad habits need to become good ones. My blood sugars need to be back under control.

Update 2011 ~ My scale is not showing progress, and it is not the fault of the scale. Today I will reset my tracker. I AM healthier ...

I'll know more in Sept. how the weight bearing and strength training has helped as I'll have my bone density done then. Also increased my calcium intake (lots of spinach and the like, some yogurt, almond milk).

Set out to get my first errand done, but traffic was so backed up that I turned around and went home. Ended up getting grocery shopping done and some work in my office. Also made my daughter some macaroni salad, one of her favorites. So the day wasn't a total loss. Will attempt to do the first errand tomorrow morning. Hope all is well for you Asta. You take care.

I actually got through the day with an abundance of energy with just 5 hours of sleep. I am still going strong. I cleaned and organized my office, went for a run and just got back from work which is more cleaning. I am going to watch a movie right now and will be in bed by 10.
