Hi. I am in Texas, not Vegas but I know there is a walking club in your area if you are interested in participating in local events on a regular basis. I do similar walks every weekend. We are not "fund raising" clubs, we are for fun, fitness and fellowship. Our clubs are family oriented and most events are baby stroller, and pet friendly. Our object is to keep a record book and collect a stamp for each event that we do. I've done over a 1000 of the 10K events in Texas and in 46 other states. Hi there, how are your shins doing, still burning and painful? You know if its the exercising try drinking water before you start and when you've finished take a protein drink, this helps the muscles to heal faster. Also only work the same muscle group on alternative days to allow them to heal.
