Time to do something different
4/1/13 We all know the definition of insanity "doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results" . Time to turn that around today - no joking-- and time to shake things up, do things different and get this excess weight gone for good!!! For this month I commit to this process fully - not just the exercise part which I have no problem with but with the food part which I have a lot of problems with. My goals for this month: ...

Time to turn that around today - no joking-- and time to shake things up, do things different and get this excess weight gone for good!!! For this month I commit to this process fully - not just the exercise part which I have no problem with but with the food part which I have a lot of problems with. My goals for this month: 1.Track my food at the very least on paper 2.Drink my water allotment daily 3. Make dinner my last bits of eating for the day After this month reassess and continue to move forward!! I can do this by no longer doing the same thing but actually doing things differently :)

My Goals:
My goals are simple: Exercise consistently and reach a healthy weight. I am aiming for a variety of exercise including but not limited to walking, Zumba for Wii, Gold Gym workout for Wii, Yoga, Pilates, Tae Bo and lifting weights for strength. My specific goal is to reach my healthy weight 5 pounds at a time with Tuesday's being my "official" day to track that downward path. Will have other weigh-in days depending on what challenges I am participating in.
My Program:
For BL Winter Challenge Average at least 90 minutes of exercise /day for the 10 weeks of the Challenge (not counting simple stretching). Include a variety of aerobic exercise and strength training no less than 2x per week for no less than 15 min per session
Personal Information:
I live in upstate WNY with my husband ,my daughter and her fiance, my son recently out of the Marines, 4 dogs and 1 cat.
Other Information:
I enjoy doing many things including crossword puzzles, Sudoku, reading, working with plastic canvas, crocheting, gardening, walking dogs and just plain learning.
