*To become more tone.
*To develop more upper body muscle strength.
*Exercising at least 4 times per wk. (Cardio & Strength Training)
*Trying to drink 8 glasses of water per day.
*Counting calories, & staying w/in the SparkPeople recommended values.
*Eating out less and drinking less alcohol when out with friends. (Helps to save money too.)
Just graduated with my Masters Degree in May, got married in June, and started my new job in July. I joined Spark People in August to refocus on eating healthy and exercising often.
