My Goals:
I want to be able to buy a dress from modcloth.com. I don't care how shallow that is. I would also like to be able to do 50 military-style push ups, get down to a healthy weight, and keep exercise as an intrinsic part of my life.

My Program:
I'm following the Spark plan, slowly adding nutrients/minerals/etc. to track as I become comfortable with keeping the rest in check. In addition to my macronutrients, I'm also monitoring my fibre, calcium, caffeine, sodium, cholesterol, and saturated fat intake. Next up is iron! I'm also committed to working out 5-6x a week -- usually circuit training, but occasionally high impact cardio, as well. Recently I've taken up running. I love it!

Hi! How are you hanging in there?

I had a good workout today. I got in 30 mins. with the weights and 90 in the pool and I'm still home in time for a nap. I love the weekend!

Those streaks can really stress you out, can't they? I don't always keep up with the logging, though I always get my water, so my streak dies out and I have to start all over.

The way I see it...probably no one but me is paying attention anyway. LOL!

I bought the Spark People calendar, with has stickers, and I can't wait to for the year to flip, so I can start using it! Technically, I could start using it now, because it's not month-specific, but I have one that I've been using, so I'm going to wait.

I think you must be like me...you like to see the build-up of the results. I love the charts in the start menu that show me the decrease in my neck size and the decrease in my waist size, etc. They make me happy...unless they're going up, of course.
