By the end of 2009, I want to look better overall. I think I can get to 130.
I'm eating healthier, less, and exercising reguarly (which I wasn't doing before).
I've realized that at 24, my body has changed. I've learned that changing my exercise and eating habits won't show short term effects anymore. This means I'm now looking for the long-term results, which I've always known is healthier, but now I have to accept it as the only way to see the results.
