It's about the journey, not the destination...

I've never been what anyone would consider "skinny", "petite", or "delicate"...that's fine by me. I'm taller, curvy, and even at my lowest weight I'm heavier than average. I know I will never be "skinny". I just want to be able to keep up with my son, find clothes that fit me, and not have nearly constant joint pain. Being able to fit in a smaller size would be just a happy bonus.

My Goals:
I actually have quite a few goals but my major ones are: Get back to my pre-baby weight, mostly so I can find clothes I like that are in my size; Be a good role model for my son and teach him healthy habits. I have other goals of course that aren't fitness/nutrition related.



My Program:
After my life completely changed back in August, I've had a hard time getting back into a fitness/exercise routine. I no longer have access to a gym and have a very limited space to workout. I'm also living with people who eat whatever they want so it's been very difficult to eat healthy.
