My first goal is to change my eating habits to include healthy recipes for me, hubby, and kiddo.
My second goal is basically to get back to my jogging. A recent knee injury is a major setback.
I switched to seasalt for cooking and I am now using EVOO. More veggies have been incorporated into meals and snacks NOW include some sort of fruit or raw vegetable.
I've been to the DR and got physical threapy for the knee. Joined a gym and I've now included weight training to my cardio routine. I'm starting out slow again, but the results are SO worth it!!!!!
I'm from the east coast and the military brought me over here to California. I've been out of active duty since 2009. I'm married to a wonderful man and we have an awesome daughter :)
