My name is Brittney. I am a quirky, goofy, funny 25 year old. I am determined to lose weight and keep it off.

Eating Habits:

Notice I didn't call it a "diet". It is a lifestyle change! I follow a low carb plan because it works best with my thyroid disease. However, I am in no way deprived of carbs. I often cook recipes from SparkRecipe and the SP Cookbook. I track everything I eat into the nutrition tracker. Balance is key.



Personal Information:
I am a recent college graduate (Go UCF!) and a technical writer. I currently live in Trinity, FL.

I am living proof that anything is possible!

I am a geek, a bed hog, and I love to talk. Oh ya, I love making people laugh, so be warned.

I love my fitbit. I find the information to be incredibly helpful. I am still running! It's weird because it's almost starting to feel good. Never saw that one coming! I'll have to check out the app.

I read- and appreciated- your post at Hypothyroids' group. I was wondering whether you'd be willing you make your food tracker public for a few days so we could see what a low-carb diet is like for you. Or, would you write a blog on what a typical day or two is like? I am transitionin to low- carb but running out of ideas quickly! Thanks so much for sharing your experinece and kudos for your achievements!
