My Goals:
My goals are to be as healthy as possible by,
1) losing 40 lbs.,
2) exercising minimum 10 mins/daily.



My Program:
Using SP calorie tracker And a Fitbit activity tracker.
For exercise-at minimum 10 minutes/day of either hand weights, walking, Pilates, recumbent bike.

Personal Information:
I live in Southern Oklahoma and some of the year in North Carolina.

Other Information:
I have 2 grown sons and 2 grandsons ! I take care of my mother. I think sometimes mother helps me more than I help her. I am blessed.

May 3 my race day
One of the greatest moments in our day is realizing that two weeks ago your body couldn’t do just what it did. My moment will be when I cross the finish line today.
This is the day I do my 12 K. We will be heading to the race about 7 AM finding parking church service and walking to staging area. People watching and playing with the beach balls .
The elite wheel chairs leave at 8:30 followed at 9:00AM for the elite runners. The race starts The race is now on for everyone else the last runner will cross the start line at 10 AM moms and dad pushing strollers

May 2 I will be heading to the join the other runners s picking up our race numbers a airport run is at the head of the to do list.
Everything starts from gratitude. Everything. From there, all else line up for you . Gail Lynne Goodwin thankful that Tom's flight get here by 10 am
that we are going to have great weather this weekend

Your day is only as good as you make it make it great and reach for the stars face book lets make May a month
