"Defeat may test you; it need not stop you. If at first you don't succeed, try another way.
For every obstacle there is a solution. Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence.
The greatest mistake is giving up."

Well thank you for the encouragement it is good to know that we are not alone and that other people struggle just like we do. But I have had so much stress in my life now that I can't even begin to focus on myself, when in all honesty if I don't take care of me then I wont even be around for them. But anyways thank you for the words of kindness.

I am glad we can all be encouragers together!!!

On another note, I am so sorry about the loss of your mother. I've watched my mom handle the death of her mother just over a year ago with amazing strength and fortitude, plus her separation and divorce from my father after 25 years of marriage--all within the same year--but, it is so hard...there is no way around it. So, I'm sure that although it seems slow, you're healing a little bit more every day, whether you realize it or not, and I know you'll reach your goals eventually.

Much, much love,

meghan

Hi BISHOPSPEAK5,
thanks for stopping by my page and reading my blog. I'm doing a little better with my exercising now. As I said in my blog, I started back walking but when the winter stepped in I stepped out and stopped walking. I am now working out at the gym (1 1/2 months now) and hoping that accomplishments will be a success. Sometimes I have to push myself but once I get it done it's worth it. Continue to eat healthy meals but smaller portions. I slip sometimes and eat the wrong things but I try to correct it at my next meal. Just try to get a little exercise in and once you get adjusted to that, increase the amount that you do. emoticon Let's keep in touch so that we can keep each other motivated from time-to-time. emoticon
