"Defeat may test you; it need not stop you. If at first you don't succeed, try another way. For every obstacle there is a solution. Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. The greatest mistake is giving up." -Unknown
Thank you for taking the time to comment on my blog, "The Secret Is Out." Have a healthy and successful day!

Well thank you for the encouragement it is good to know that we are not alone and that other people struggle just like we do. But I have had so much stress in my life now that I can't even begin to focus on myself, when in all honesty if I don't take care of me then I wont even be around for them. But anyways thank you for the words of kindness.
On another note, I am so sorry about the loss of your mother. I've watched my mom handle the death of her mother just over a year ago with amazing strength and fortitude, plus her separation and divorce from my father after 25 years of marriage--all within the same year--but, it is so hard...there is no way around it. So, I'm sure that although it seems slow, you're healing a little bit more every day, whether you realize it or not, and I know you'll reach your goals eventually.
Hi BISHOPSPEAK5, thanks for stopping by my page and reading my blog. I'm doing a little better with my exercising now. As I said in my blog, I started back walking but when the winter stepped in I stepped out and stopped walking. I am now working out at the gym (1 1/2 months now) and hoping that accomplishments will be a success. Sometimes I have to push myself but once I get it done it's worth it. Continue to eat healthy meals but smaller portions. I slip sometimes and eat the wrong things but I try to correct it at my next meal. Just try to get a little exercise in and once you get adjusted to that, increase the amount that you do. Let's keep in touch so that we can keep each other motivated from time-to-time.
