My goals are:
feel stronger,
have more energy,

have patience with myself
and allow myself some room to slack off/overindulge...but occasionally!

My Program:
I'm tracking my food and aiming for some kind of exercise 4-5 times/week.

I'm also trying to engage in more self care to help lower my stress levels.
