My Goals:
I'm trying to break down my goals into small, manageable increments so I feel like I'm accomplishing something each month rather than looking at the BIG picture.
My Program:
Cardio 7 days a week. Strength training 5 days a week. 64 ounces of water daily. 7 Servings of Fruits/Veggies daily. No trigger foods, potatoes, rice, pasta, and certain chocolates!!
Personal Information:
Rewards (other than the actual weight loss) March Goal: Color and Highlights for my hair! March Update: Didn't meet my goal but I am going to color the gray away but no highlights :-( April/May Goal: Facial and Massage!
Other Information:
I love to read and listen to music. I am friendly and love meeting new people. My wife and children give me the courage and support I need to chase my dreams! My goal isn't to be skinny, it's to be healthy and active!!! I'd love to be a size 6 but I won't be miserable to get there! Healthy, Happy, and Active!!
