I'm a 20-something web developer in the Baltimore area. I gained about 25 pounds in college and after a year and a half of yo-yoing, I finally lost 12 pounds and reached my goal in December 2008. I have spent the past 2 years lifting heavy and trying to put on muscle. I absolutely love lifting. I find it so empowering. I wish I could convince more women to lift because I know that it doesn't make me look "bulky" or "manly". It has sculpted my body and that extra muscle torches ...

My Goals:
I'm trying to lose a few pounds of fat while keeping the muscles I worked so hard to build. I'm doing heavy strength training 3x a week and keeping my calories around 1800-1900 during the week, and around 2300-2400 during the weekend.
My Program:
* Heavy lifting 3x a week * Rec football league 1x a week
