My Goals:
Starting stats

september 14th 2015
not comfortable in my clothes mainly jeans, belly, thighs and face need shrinking

december 12th
2 months have passed and the results are seldom but the good habits are settling in, planning for the end of 2015 and 2016 to be healthy and fit!



Weight Goals to achieve
- under90kg by september 30th not met
so by christmas

- under 83 kg by christmas will probably not be met so by march 2016

-under 80 kg by march 2016 will be changed to may 2016

-75kg by july 2016
-killer abs by july 23rd, 5th year nappyversary

Other goals
- post a blog weekly
- finish focus t25
- insanity round 2
-P90X
-have a vegetarian day at least once a week
-september 30th 2012 97.1kg


Goals met:
- ran my first a 5k in May2013, second may 2015
- go running regularly
- under 85kg june 11th
- weekly blog 2 weeks streak



My Program:
-Login in daily
-being precise with start and due dates to meet my goals
-track food at least 4 days a week
-drink hot water with lemon daily
-not eat after 8pm at least 5 days a week
-drink 2L of water daily
