The Big Picture Goal is to begin each month within my target range. The Big Picture Goal is to begin each month within my target range. The supporting cast for the Big Picture will be worked out and shared on my blog over the coming months but it will surely include healthy food, reasonable portion sizes, delightful exercise, enough sleep and some deep prayer. Wow - this already sounds like a fantastic year! Hope the same for all who read this.

I wish the snow would come for a while to stay - we need 4-6 inches and we'd be out of school for a few days - my hubby is a teacher so we'd all be home with family time and no place to go(and plenty of library books to keep us company!) :)

Thank you for the helpful tip on my blog! I will definitely keep in mind that the days I don't want to go to the Y are the days I NEED to go. :-)
