For most of 2013 I was At Goal - a marvelous feeling - and though the last few weeks of December knocked me off track - and the first few days of January 2014 seemed to move very slowly - at last I'm ready to hop back on my Maintenance Pony and continue living a healthy life.

I'm still a Maintenance Newbie and it takes as much effort as weight loss took - but it's a whole lot more fun to dress a body in maintenance! Woo Woo.

Have fun in that kayak. Thanks for the birthday wishes. It is a relief to be binge free. I am much happier. I like the idea of donating clothes in your old aize to a women's shelter. We need reminders of where we are and where we were.

Thinking of you and sending warm hugs.

"Whatever you want in life, start today.
Not tomorrow - today.
Let it be a small beginning - a tiny beginning.
Your happiness depends on starting today - every day."
