I working with Sparkpeople. I'm tracking my food and workouts, but I've changed my diet (more salads and healthier choices) and I've added strength training (P90X) 3 x's a week. I like the way I feel - it's a good hurt. I know my body needs the strength and it's best for my muscles and bones.
The kids are sleeping in today. They have a day off from school (teacher work day - end of marking period). I'm off to volunteer at the assistant-living pavilions. Have a Wonderful week! - Suzanne 1389 days ago
