Mind over Stomach
Inspiration. Motivation. The two things I lack most. I'm Annie. I'm 26, and I need to lose over 50 lbs. I've been off-and-on for years, and have struggled with my diet for a long, long time. I'm hoping this time around, it'll stick. I'm focusing this time on figuring out why I do certain things (like eat when I'm depressed and hit the snooze button 10 times instead of working out) and how to change that for good. I call it mind over stomach!

My Goals:
Overall Goals - Lose 50-70 lbs: - Goal weight, around 135 - Wear a single-digit pants size ------------------------------- Short-term Goals: -Work out 4 days (240 hours) per week -Skate once per week -Weigh-in once per week -Track food daily --------- Goals by Date: -Start roller derby by 10/1/12 -175 lbs by 12/31/12 -160 lbs by 3/31/13 -145 lbs by 6/30/13 -Pass all derby assessments by 7/1/13 -130 lbs by 9/30/13
My Program:
I'm making small changes each week to ensure I slowly come into a healthy lifestyle that I can stick with - not a diet! Drinking more water, exercising at least 15 minutes a day, substituting healthy foods for unhealthy ones, etc. I'm also making strides with mental health. I will meditate and start yoga.
