Mind over Stomach

Inspiration. Motivation. The two things I lack most.

I'm Annie. I'm 26, and I need to lose over 50 lbs. I've been off-and-on for years, and have struggled with my diet for a long, long time.

I'm hoping this time around, it'll stick. I'm focusing this time on figuring out why I do certain things (like eat when I'm depressed and hit the snooze button 10 times instead of working out) and how to change that for good. I call it mind over stomach!

My Program:
I'm making small changes each week to ensure I slowly come into a healthy lifestyle that I can stick with - not a diet! Drinking more water, exercising at least 15 minutes a day, substituting healthy foods for unhealthy ones, etc.

I'm also making strides with mental health. I will meditate and start yoga.
