Everything has gotten all messed up with me since the last time I was regularly on SparkPeople, so I've basically decided to start over. To begin, I won't be weight tracking, calorie counting, or measuring anything. My initial plan is to just eat more mindfully and not do anything else while eating. No attempts at multitasking.

I could have written what you said! I was always eating at the computer or infront of the TV. Now I only eat at my table, with a placemat, nice dishes and silverware. It does make a big difference when you eat correctly.
