At this point my longest run is only 3.5miles, so pretty short. I ran a 10k (6ish miles) over the summer, so I'm not worried about reaching that mark. It's beyond 6 miles that totally scares me. My running miles are on my calendar so I don't even see the long ones for a couple months yet.
I loved your frowny face. I totally feel the same way some days. I am totally excited about the prospect of being ready and able to run a marathon; however, as I'm not actually at that point yet it is scary to same I'm running one. I am counting down the days to my marathon, some days it reassures me I have a lot of time. However, some days it reminds me that I have to keep moving because time is running out.
