My Goals:
Increase my water intake.

My Program:
I use SparkPeople to track my food and exercise. I exercise at least 5 days a week (3 cardio, 2 weights/floor). I try to run/jog about 4-6 miles on weekends.

Other Information:
Certified aerobics trainer. Started a fitness business - BE FIT WALKING. Host weekend fitness walk groups.

Thank you for your help!!! Rest and not to run to much . What do you think of Couch to 5 K I completed week 3 yesterday. My shins and calves are still sore but not half a bad as they were. I been using chi running the last 3 runs and i have slowed down to a crawl with my feet landing underneath me using my forefoot and trying to keep my body in the right aliment. emoticon
