My Goals:
Presently, I'd like to get below the 200 mark.

Greater self-esteem, getting fit and feeling flexible, and exercising my mind as well as my body.

I want to eat healthy meals, that are planned in advance, and prepared by me (mostly).

My Program:
Walking daily inside, currently I'm using Leslie Sansone dvds "Walkathome", and outdoors too!

I'm eating low fat as much as I can, as well as home cooked meals that are well portioned.

Personal Information:
I live in Ontario, Canada.

Other Information:
I like to be social, get outside and exercise in any way! Mostly walking and hiking. I love art and books and eating healthy (really!)
