Here are my answers to the 5% Challenge prep: What do you want to change? Well, that's purely vanity. I want to change my shape, and be cute again. I used to be super-cute, and you know what? Here are my answers to the 5% Challenge prep: What do you want to change? Well, that's purely vanity. I want to change my shape, and be cute again. I used to be super-cute, and you know what? When I was super-cute, I didn't even realize it. How do you want to look? Mostly thinner, but I'd also like to have toned arms. I'd like to be able to show my belly button ring off. I love it just for me, but I don't think I've bared my midriff in at least 7 years. How do you want to feel? Cute. What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body? Bare my midriff (see above) and take a good photo. Go shopping and not feel like dying when I try something on. I've given up on the pizza diet. I don't want it anymore. I bet I would feel bloated and have a constant urge to shower. I always feel like that after eating fried chicken; I feel like I bathed in it. Gross. I'd like to gravitate towards good foods. Unhealthy foods gross me out in the abstract, but then when I get them near me, I forget about that.

My Goals:
Lose 5% of my weight. Fit in my clothes. Buy cuter clothes. Get cat calls and wolf whistles and all those other things I hated before I stopped getting them! ;-)
My Program:
This is my 5% Challenge Commitment for this Challenge: I will do a minimum of five minutes of exercise each day, even if it's just calf raises or stretching. I will track all my food. I will not drink more soda than I did the day before. I will do my very best to show up on the Board every single day and have something to add to our totals. Business trips may be hard, and other things may get in the way, but I'll aim to at least have something to post FOR each day, if not ON each day.
