Lose 30lbs so I''ll look and feel better.

Exercise more to increase my energy and build my self esteem.

I''m tracking my food intake and cutting back on my snacking. Trying my best to exercise @ least 5 days a week. Drink lots and lots of water.

My name is Ann and I live in the Tidewater area of VA.

I have a loving and supportive husband who is big into adventure racing. We have no children together other then our 2 Chesapeake Bay Retrievers and our beloved parrot Max.



Other Information:
I love spending time @ the beach.
Going on long walks.
Rescueing Chesapeake Bay Retrievers.
Traveling.
Spending time with new and old friends.

Ann~Thanks for stopping by my page and visiting awhile. It was interesting to note that you too enjoyed the Bay Islands of Honduras as much as we did. My FAT picture on my SparkPage when I was at 296 lbs. was taken in West End, Roatan. On my page I also have one blog entry....it was about what started me on a desire to become healthier...and is actually a description of a dive experience in Roatan. You might find it an interesting read. Like you...I love SP. and although I have only been here since May '07, I have used the tools here to know that when I post, chart my weight and food, I make progress...and when I don't I go backwards. So-o-o-o we are trying to make Sparks a part of our daily lives to succeed at making a lifestyle change that will help us become stronger and more fit so that we can continue to dive savely for many, many, more years. Thanks again for visiting my page.

Hi Ann
They get a seed & pellet mix, I add a vitamin/spirulina & calsium powder over the food. For breakfast I give them a muesli mix, Billy gets his bowl of fresh fruit & veggies(he loves anything green&corn on the cob) and JoJo only eats apple(very picky). Both of them get nuts for treats - I try to leave this for the evening to use as a training tool as this is my quality time with them.
Just noticed your weight lost, well done! Do you do a lot of walking exercising your dogs?
