Starting Over... Again

Hi, I'm Brittney! I am 29 years old and am getting back to my healthy eating plan as of 1/5/2015. From April through July 2014 I lost approximately 40 lbs and have gained back about 17 lbs. Stop drinking soda

Do a cartwheel and a bridge by 9/20/2015 (my 30th bday!)

Eat a primarily vegetarian diet, with occasional meat consumption

Hit the gym 3-4 times a week, but exercising 5-6 days a week

Complete the 52-Week Savings Plan

and...

Pay off all debt in 2015!

My Program:
I will be following the plan that worked best for me from 4/2014- 7/2014 which was eating a primarily vegetarian diet and hitting the gym 3-4 times per week, during my lunch hour. I also plan to incorporate some fitness DVDs in the morning or evening, at least 30 minutes per day.

Personal Information:
I am a perfectionist from Southern Illinois and I love collecting and listening to vinyl records - The Beatles are my favorite! I also love to collect and read books on just about anything. I like to cook and spend time with my family and my boyfriend and our Black Lab, Bird Dog. Anything else you'd like to know... feel free to ask!
