I did have good results with my Health and Fitness Class. In two weeks, I lost 1/2" on my hips and about 3 pounds - breaking a plateau. I plan on having even better results with the challenge!
So, I need to work my biceps and that's where you come in. I will be cracking the whip! (Don't let that innocent looking whip fool you) I heard you outran the dog catcher last challenge, but she's been practicing for a marathon! How do you plan to stay ahead of her this challenge??? 1 day ago
Day Two went OK I was on the highest end of my intended calories, but who would have thought that two platefuls of salad would have 400 calories!! Granted, I added sunflower seeds for protein, but 400 calories??!!?? Then right before bed I was hungry so I added an 80calorie orange. I also didn't make time for too much exercise. That is my bad. I also did not do any schoolwork!! . I guess I will call it my unwind day. Today I am back to "OhMyGodIHaveSoMuchToDoToday!" because a have a couple of awesome buddies!
Are you going to any awesome places outside the kennel? Diane and MaryAnn are keeping an eye on me so I am on my best behavior.
Sorry to hear about your magnesium reprimand :( I give many, many bonus points for brussel sprouts. Some of these fruits remind me of the KoolAid guy, but the strawberry looks kinda, "But I don't wanna eat my magnesium because it is in Brussel Sprouts"
