I hope you survived your parkrun bar-code scanning - and perhaps enjoyed another of those granola bites!

Thank you for the colouring pencils - not sure what form my creativity will take just yet (beyond food preparation!) - maybe I can make bookmarks for Xmas presents!

Thanks, I appreciated those flowers very much. The dental work was hard - keeping my mouth open, as you said, for that long - I expect my jaw will feel stiff and achy tomorrow. The filling he did was right at the back of the left-top row of teeth - so a tricky place. It was 'extensive reconstruction' - so more filling than tooth in that one now - and he also couldn't do it without exposing, very minutely, the nerve - so he told me 'it could go either way'. I'm hoping it will go the right way, of course, and that the covering he's put over the nerve etc will allow it to remain alive and trouble-free. If not - well, guess it'll have to be pulled. The next filling will be next week. My head is aching more from having my mouth open so long than anything else, I think. It would have had to be sorted eventually, so better now than later I suppose.
