I had some milk chocolate this morning - when I got home from my run, changed into dry clothes, fresh pot of decaff. It is 1:10 protein to carb and 57% sugar. Well, I kind of knew that, so it wasn't a shock!
The Bombay Mix that I like to snack on for a treat, which I though was quite carby, is actually 1:2.8 which surprised me! and 2.8% sugar. It's OK!
The coconut milk worked really well in my mocha - it might be the fat that I need with the coffee, more than the sugar - it gives it a 'mouth feel' - I like that bit of nutmeg with it too.
The Apple is a bit tricky for me - they keyboard and commands are all different to MS - so I'm a bit limited. But I'll get the hang of it! 1 hour ago
oh gosh, yes, my 'click' clicked on the wrong place! gave me a bit of a panic! I was aiming for 'recent message board posts' and then got the screen telling me I'd removed you as a friend! eek! I'm glad I got you back!
Thank you for taking time to comment on my feed, and as to your question about how you can help, you're doing it! I really NEEDED to make that post and face the fact that I've been off plan more than not lately, and give myself that sense of accountability.
