Hello .. I'm not a dieter and I never diet and I hate exercise, so when a friend told me about this site, I checked it out. Then I decided to join and track my food intake so I can shock myself by how much I eat and how little I exercise. Building the discipline to just track the food is a challenge but i'm improving.

My biggest issue is not moving .. but I'm determined to get there!

My Goals:
My goal is to feel good and get moving and watch what I eat. If weight comes off in the process... YAY me.

My Program:
Currently trying to discipline myself to track the foods I eat to promote awareness and for shock value. Recently joined weight watchers to put the very big onus on attending meetings and tracking foods to my financial detriment if I in fact don't do it!!!

Personal Information:
I'm in Canada in Ontario. I've been this weight for almost 10 years .. so stable but heavy. I have a husband and 3 kids and work fulltime. Hence no time to take care of me and no consistent structure to fit in the exercise!

Other Information:
My Goals for 2015..

1. Take off 20% of excess weight.

2. Stay at my goal weight

3. Feel sexy

4. Feel better

5. Get better sleep

6. Reduce meds.

7. Enjoy biking more

8. Enjoy myself more

I was the same way my boyfriend was like I can not believe you made it as far as you did he said you should be proud of yourself, and said I looked more tired than he has ever seen me lol. But it felt good that I could do that. First time ever I have ever walked that much. When I go for my walks around the campus pond I am lucky to get 2.36 miles in. So I am not sure how I made it that day. I think it was the fact I didn't want my friends whom I haven't seen in a very long time see me knock out lol. So now if I can just be able to do that on my next walk day I will be very happy with myself
