If you had told me 5 years ago that I would be a runner, I would have laughed at you! Running always "hurt" too much. But I decided to give it a try again...and I find that I love it!

My younger son Colin is graduating BCT today, and staying on for AIT. Then he's back to college & Army Reserves!

Sorry about the possible tendinitis or shin splints. Hope the issue gets solved soon. I thought shin splints were from taking too long of a stride....., but not sure.
