BarbRun is Having Fun

I joined SparkPeople to learn, to get healthy and have some fun. Thanks to Helene who mentioned this to me over one year ago. Let's have some fun.

So, it has been almost a year and I am really enjoying SparkPeople. I am learning many things and am being fairly healthy. The weight is not coming off (actually gained weight recently), but that's not my main priority..or should I say wasn't.

I am going to concentrate more on my fitness level, my eating portions and ...

I am sorry that summer is over, but I do look forward to snow and my winter sports - bring on the snow.

Thanks for stopping by and for the comment. Yeah, I started Tai Chi Chuan in May. I am enjoying it. It maps nicely into my Chi Running. I run better for the Tai Chi Chuan practice. I am developing better balance, and body awareness.
