I'm a 43-year-old mother of three teenage boys. I'm looking for a buddy to keep me accountable and encourage eachother. I'm now up to 205 pounds and am motivated to lose as much as possible before a family wedding August 16. My starting goal is 10 minutes of exercise and diligently tracking all I eat. What do you think is the best way to get into a small accountability group? All the challenges seem so large and I get lost around the site emoticon
